Oklahoma City, OK—Core Clinical Partners today announced that Karie Bailey has joined the team as Director of Clinical Operations. She will be based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where she will support inpatient hospital and emergency medicine programs at Core partner Integris Health.
Karie has over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, including a demonstrated track record of improving hospital quality metrics and building high-functioning healthcare teams.
“Karie’s extensive leadership and business experience and deep roots in the communities in and around Oklahoma City will be a huge asset for Integris Health and their patients,” said Core Clinical Partners CEO Dr. Boykin Robinson. “We are very pleased to add her to our growing team of boots-on-the-ground operational leaders.”
Most recently, Bailey was Director of Clinical Operations at SSM Health, where she provided strategic leadership in clinic operations, and developed value-based care models to expand their population health capabilities. Previously, she was Vice President of Clinic Operations for Today Clinic in Oklahoma City.
Karie has an MBA from Oklahoma City University, as well as a BA and Master of Social Work from The University of Oklahoma.
