Physicians

Our Hospital Medicine programs are designed to empower Hospitalists to become the captains of their own practice, providing boots-on-the-ground operational support to align our programs with hospital goals. Each program is customized to fit the unique needs of each facility and partnership, ensuring high-touch, on-site support by our expert team.

ADVANCED PRACTICE PROVIDERS

Our Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) play a vital role within our Hospital Medicine programs, all of which are built with a multidisciplinary and collaborative approach that encourages Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to work at the top of their license. Core believes strongly in the value of Advanced Providers in achieving the Triple Aim of Healthcare.

To attract and retain the best APPs, we offer W-2 employment with generous benefits, no non-compete agreements, and reimbursed CME. We foster collaboration between APPs and physicians, ensuring a supportive and integrated work environment.

APP TRAINING FOR NEW GRADS

Recently graduated Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants deserve the opportunity to receive continued instruction and education during their first few months and can receive this via our new graduate training program. This program gets newly graduated Advanced Providers into the Emergency Department or onto the inpatient units paired with an experienced provider or physician so that they have an opportunity to learn the ropes before there are any patient care or flow expectations. These first few months amount to an extended on-site interview for the group who can choose not to move forward with suboptimal providers and gives long term providers a safe way to ramp up their clinical skills.
