Our leadership team has decades of experience in emergency medicine physician services and has created a high-touch model that utilizes best practices from around the industry. We’re there to support our clinician team every step of the way, from recruitment to billing support, and are continuously collaborating to ensure we’re a best in class employer.

All physicians are contracted as 1099 employees in our emergency medicine programs; we want them to keep more of what they make and to plan well for the future. To that end, we offer all our physicians a free, no-obligation session with an established financial planner who focuses exclusively on physicians.
