With over 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, Raquel has had the pleasure of working in both the healthcare and insurance sectors. She has led successful teams focused on process improvement initiatives that improve patient experience, clinician and hospital quality metrics, and employee development.  Raquel earned her Bachelor of Science at Kennesaw State University and her Master of Health Administration at Kaplan University.

Raquel enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys co-hosting a weekly show on an internet radio platform.
