Raven M. Harris Joins Core Clinical Partners as Director of Operations

Atlanta, GA—Core Clinical Partners today announced that Raven M. Harris, MHA, will join Core as the Director of Operations. Harris will work with Core hospital partners in Ohio, South Carolina, Louisiana, and Arizona to improve quality, develop patient-centered care plans, and help lead operations across multiple interdisciplinary teams.

Most recently, Harris served as Chief Operating Officer at Select Specialty – Phoenix, where she was instrumental in designing and implementing family communication programs during the height of the pandemic along with enhancing the quality of care to patients through monitoring key metrics. She also led clinical and non-clinical teams across multiple sites as a hospital administrator for DaVita Hospital Services.

“Our hospital partners and the communities they care for will be well-served by having Raven on board as an operational leader,” said Core CEO Dr. Boykin Robinson. “Like many of the operational leaders we have brought on, Raven has proven leadership experience in both hospital administration settings and in servicing hospital partners through clinical services. She will be a great addition to our growing team.”

“I am excited to be joining Core and partnering with healthcare leaders nationally,” Harris said. “The opportunity to join a team that has a demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding care is a wonderful opportunity to positively impact our healthcare system.”

Harris’ previous work includes enhancing patient experience through leading Kaizen Lean Workshops, workflow engineering, and patient throughput optimization. Harris holds a BS from Cornell University and an MHA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

About Core Clinical Partners

Core Clinical Partners is a hospital-based physician services company founded on the principles of partnership, transparency, and clinical alignment, overseeing 25 emergency medicine and hospital medicine programs in five states and serving more than 500,000 patients annually. In a market where outsourced groups have become vendors to their hospitals and staffing agencies to their physicians and advanced practice providers, Core does things differently by providing unique partnership models for both health systems and physicians that align their own compensation to quality metrics. By combining the capabilities of a national group with the kind of individualized, on-the-ground service usually only found in smaller groups, Core is able to guide hospitals and health systems on their journey toward top-tier metrics and outstanding patient experience.
