Jessica serves as Chief Operating Officer at Core Clinical Partners, bringing more than 10+ years of leadership experience spanning numerous sectors of the healthcare industry. Her strategic and operational leadership experience includes roles as VP of Home Care Services for an integrated home-based care company, Senior Vice President of Operations for a national physician services organization, and as CEO of a community acute care hospital. 

In all her roles, Jessica has led her teams through transformational change, while coupling strong operational acumen with strategic problem solving and growth. Jessica brings a passion for building mission-driven teams and a commitment to improving the delivery of healthcare to the communities she serves.

Jessica received her undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and her Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Jessica currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina with her husband Zac, son Grady, and daughter Harper.
