We are seeking experienced, consultative Sr. Employee Experience BP for our growing People Ops, Culture, and HR team. Requires proven program management, an intrinsic drive to improve the employment experiences of Clinicians and Corporate employees, a knack for data analysis, stakeholder relations, and collaborative team work. The Sr. EE EX BP will establish best practice support for new clinical starts, coordinate with Operations, and be a key member of the People Ops team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Ops to support and improve clinician orientations for each hospital system and site
- Act as the People Ops representative for New Client starts and being the liaison between our team and other stakeholders
- Work with leadership to establish baseline employee engagement metrics, goals and action plans for improvement, and subsequent monitoring/re-assessment
- Be a partner to Marketing for the Core employment brand at clinical sites, assuring consistency (or customization) as needed
- Provide candidate feedback loops for improving applicant experiences
- Provide new hire feedback loops for improving NH experiences
- Be the point of contact for planning and delivering EE EXP communications, R&R, and culture events
- Conduct periodic engagement or subject matter surveys
- Interact with SMEs on the People Ops team for feedback about Onboarding, Organizational Goals, Development, Site Management, Retention, and more!
Qualifications
- 3+ years EX in a specialized role, preferably with Listening Modes for each stage of the Life Cycle
- 1+ years Partner or Senior Partner equivalent
- Related Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Psychology, EX, HR, etc.)
- Persona, Journey Mapping, and related Experience project management
- Agile for HR certification or training (PREFERRED)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- High-energy and passion
- Comfortable working in metrics-driven environment
