As a fellow, you’ll hone your clinical skills, take on administrative duties, and access top leadership education and training. Join and position yourself at the forefront of healthcare leadership.

OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Earn your MBA while simultaneously gaining valuable clinical and leadership experience
  • Engage actively in site leadership as an Associate Director in your final six months
  • Participation in Core’s Clinical Leadership Team meetings, Journal Club, and annual meetings
  • Experience diverse clinical environments across multiple healthcare sites or settle into one for deeper immersion

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

  • Associate Directorship:
    • The final six months of the program will focus on leadership practice in the role of Associate Director
    • Work alongside a Medical Director to support the team in performance improvement and people development
  • Earn Your MBA:
    • Complete an executive MBA in 12 months while continuing to practice
    • Have the support of Core’s leadership team through your studies
  • Meaningful Experience:
    • Conference attendance to Core Leadership conferences, ACHE, ACEP, and/or SHM
    • Access to experts in all aspects of clinician services
    • Tailored education and mentorship
