Thomas Leonards, MBA, serves as the Director of Revenue Cycle at Core Clinical Partners, bringing a wealth of experience in healthcare revenue management and operational leadership. In his current role, he leads critical revenue cycle functions, overseeing team operations in medical billing, contracting, and customer service. Before joining Core Clinical Partners, Thomas was the Senior Manager of Payor and Patient Relations at Acadian Ambulance, where he managed a department of 40 employees across Customer Service, Business Analytics, EDI, Liability, Commercial and Air Billing.

With a proven track record in healthcare administration, Thomas leverages his strategic insights and analytical skills to enhance organizational performance. He holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. In his free time, Thomas enjoys coaching his kid’s sports teams and planning the next family travel adventures.
