Paul Mullinix serves as Core’s Director of Clinical Operations to assist with our signature and continuously expanding “boots-on-the-ground” operations. Paul is a healthcare professional with over 20 years of experience delivering client-focused solutions that drive quality, productivity, and profitability.

Most recently, Paul served seven years as Director of Clinical Services for Envision Healthcare where he won Top National Case Study Awards in 2019, 2020, and 2021. He is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and is also certified in Lean Healthcare, Microsoft Project, and Diversity and Inclusion. Paul’s prior experience includes serving as both Emergency Director and Nurse in several facilities across the country.

Paul holds an MBA from Wake Forest University, a BS from Tusculum College, and also graduated from For Sanders School of Nursing as a Registered Nurse (RN). He resides in Dallas, TX with his wife, with whom he shares two grown daughters and two grandchildren. When he’s not working, he enjoys tennis and adventure motorcycling.
