Meshell Ward serves as the Director of Implementation & Project Management at Core Clinical Partners. In this role, she leads practice launches, operational transitions, and process improvement initiatives across hospital and post-acute programs. With a background spanning Hospital Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Post-Acute, Behavioral Health, and Obstetrics, she brings deep expertise in practice implementation, client partnerships, and physician support.

Throughout her career, Meshell has successfully overseen the development of new programs, guided operational teams through complex transitions, and worked alongside clinical leaders to strengthen performance and quality outcomes. Meshell holds a Master of Science in Personnel and Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences, magna cum laude, from Arkansas Tech University.

Outside of work, Meshell enjoys kayaking, reading psychological thrillers and murder mysteries, and spending time with her family and young grandson.
