Mamie Hodnett, Vice President of People at Core Clinical Partners, brings over 30 years of HR expertise to the organization, playing a pivotal role in shaping human resources strategy and fostering a vibrant workplace culture. Her diverse experience spans healthcare and education, where she has successfully aligned people strategies with business objectives, leading HR teams in both school systems and large healthcare organizations.

Before joining Core, Mamie managed HR operations for a healthcare organization with over 3,000 employees across 400 locations, steering the company through rapid expansion and doubling its size within a year. At Core, she focuses on enhancing employee engagement, supporting professional development, and ensuring effective communication throughout the organization.

Outside of work, Mamie lives in Marietta Square, a historic Atlanta suburb, where she enjoys restoring her 140-year-old home, hiking, and spending time with her family.
