Madeline Rutledge
Director of Operations
Maddie has nearly a decade of experience in healthcare operations with demonstrated success in both ambulatory and hospital-based practices. Most recently, Rutledge served as Inpatient Practice Manager supporting 19 hospitals for Piedmont Healthcare’s Inpatient Neuroscience service lines. She formed dyad partnerships with clinical leaders and collaborated with hospital administration to streamline operations, improve metrics, and build a dynamic team of clinicians and support staff. Prior to working at Piedmont, Rutledge spent five years as Practice Operations Coordinator for an ambulatory care office in Georgia.
Rutledge holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Valdosta State University, and she is a native of Georgia, where she lives with her husband, Jake, and their daughter, Macie.
