Karie Bailey
Director of Operations
Karie Bailey serves the Core Clinical Partners team as Director of Clinical Operations. She is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where she supports inpatient hospital and emergency medicine programs. Karie has over 20 years of healthcare leadership experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, including a demonstrated track record of improving hospital quality metrics and building high-functioning healthcare teams.
Most recently, Bailey was Director of Clinical Operations at SSM Health, where she provided strategic leadership in clinic operations, and developed value-based care models to expand their population health capabilities.
Karie has an MBA from Oklahoma City University, as well as a BA and Master of Social Work from The University of Oklahoma.
