Jon brings over 15 years of healthcare leadership experience, specializing in both hospital and clinic operations. He has a proven track record of enhancing hospital quality metrics and patient experience, while also building and leading high-performing healthcare teams. Most recently, Jon served as the Chief Operating Officer of a VA Healthcare System in Eastern Oklahoma, where he successfully drove operational improvements and elevated patient care standards over the past five years.

Jon holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and proudly served as a United States Navy veteran.
