Jessica Long serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Core Clinical Partners, where she leads the organization’s long-term strategic direction and growth initiatives. With more than a decade of leadership experience across multiple sectors of the healthcare industry, Jessica brings a unique blend of operational expertise and visionary strategy to her role.

Her career includes leadership positions as Vice President of Home Care Services for an integrated home-based care company, Senior Vice President of Operations for a national physician services organization, and Chief Executive Officer of a community acute care hospital. In each of these roles, Jessica successfully guided teams through transformational change, aligning strategy with execution to achieve sustainable growth and improved outcomes.

At Core, she is dedicated to building mission-driven teams, scaling innovative models, and ensuring the company’s strategy stays closely aligned with the evolving needs of hospitals, health systems, clinicians, and the patients they serve.

Jessica holds an undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina, with her husband Zac, son Grady, and daughter Harper.
