Jeff Williams serves as a Regional Director of Operations at Core Clinical Partners. With more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, he has worked across hospital operations, emergency services, and physician practice management. His career has centered on leading complex healthcare operations while building strong partnerships with physicians and hospital leadership to support high-quality care and sustainable growth.

Over the course of his career, Jeff has provided operational oversight for Emergency Medicine and Hospital Medicine programs across over 20 hospitals, with responsibility for more than 200 physicians and advanced practice providers. He has helped expand healthcare services across Georgia, growing a market from one hospital to seven, and played a key role in the development and opening of the state’s first freestanding Emergency Department. Earlier in his career, Jeff directed a high-volume ED with approximately 90,000 annual patient visits, where he led efforts to improve patient flow, operational efficiency, and the overall patient experience.

Jeff earned his Master of Business Administration from Wilmington University and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Tennessee State University. He is Lean healthcare certified through the Belmont Massey School of Business and has completed Studer patient experience training, critical care certification through the University of Tennessee, and flight nurse training with Air Evac Lifeteam. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys traveling, Tennessee football, and spending time with his family.
