Heather is a seasoned Operations Leader and Critical Care Nurse with extensive experience in healthcare. She excels in optimizing operational efficiency and delivering high-quality patient care. Heather’s expertise spans HR management, business development, talent acquisition, and healthcare compliance. Before joining Core, she held senior leadership roles in prominent healthcare organizations, overseeing assets, contracts, and strategic alliances, which significantly grew referral networks. Heather has successfully integrated new systems and led initiatives to promote an inclusive culture.

Heather graduated from Mercy School of Nursing in Charlotte, NC, and holds both a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Memphis. Outside of work, Heather enjoys family time, beach outings, and caring for her houseplants. She has a unique claim to fame: winning Wheel of Fortune in 2013.
