Eric Swartz joined Core Clinical Partners as General Counsel in March 2024. He advises on corporate governance, contracting, risk management, litigation, and regulatory compliance.

Before Core, Mr. Swartz spent over nine years in private practice, handling health care litigation, regulatory issues, commercial disputes, employment, and real estate matters. He represented health care providers, insurers, and various businesses in litigation and administrative proceedings. He then served as Senior Counsel for a major hospital operator, focusing on the hospital revenue cycle and resolving payor disputes. Most recently, he was Deputy General Counsel for a multispecialty practice management group, overseeing managed care, payor relations, reimbursement issues, and regulatory compliance.

Mr. Swartz earned his Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and a Master of Public Health from Emory’s Rollins School of Public Health in 2005.
