Chip McRight serves as a Regional Director of Operations at Core Clinical Partners. With more than 25 years of experience leading healthcare operations across hospitals and multi-site clinical practices, he has built a career focused on strengthening clinician partnerships and improving operational performance. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Chip is committed to developing strong teams and creating lasting relationships with clinicians, hospital leaders, and staff.

Over the course of his career, Chip has led the expansion of clinical programs, recruited multidisciplinary physician teams, and improved both financial and quality outcomes across a variety of healthcare settings. His experience includes overseeing regional operations, launching new service lines, and partnering with executive leadership to implement initiatives that enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.

Chip earned his Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Administration from Wayland Baptist University and his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology/Kinesiology from Texas Tech University. Outside of work, Chip enjoys college football and spending time in the mountains with his wife and five children.
