Alicia Calloway is a Director of Operations at Core Clinical Partners, with over 15 years of experience in rural healthcare leadership, practice management, and operational strategy. She has a strong track record of improving financial performance, streamlining operations, and enhancing provider and patient satisfaction across both nonprofit and private healthcare sectors.

Prior to joining Core, Alicia served as Chief Operating Officer of the Rural Health Association of Tennessee and held leadership roles in physician practice management companies focused on rural communities. She currently serves as Treasurer for the Northeast Council of the Tennessee Commission on Children & Youth, continuing her commitment to advancing rural health and community well-being.
